Content Submission Agreement

By submitting content (articles, photos, event notices, press releases, etc.) to Faithfully Magazine (faithfullymagazine.com), you agree to the following terms:

Faithfully Magazine is published by Faithfully Media, LLC.

1. Acceptable Content:

We will only accept content that is:

  • Original and created by you.
  • Free of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement.
  • Truthful and not defamatory, obscene, or harassing.
  • Lawful and does not promote violence or hate speech.
  • Respectful of others’ privacy and avoids discriminatory language.
  • Free of advertising or solicitation.

2. Your Responsibilities:

  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
  • You agree to inform us if you discover your content violates these terms.
  • You agree to indemnify Faithfully Magazine for any legal claims arising from your content.

3. Our Rights:

  • We reserve the right to edit or remove content at any time for any reason.
  • We may reject submissions without notice.
  • Your submissions may be attributed to you and may be edited for clarity.

4. Age Requirement:

You must be at least 18 years old to submit content.

5. Permissions:

You must have permission from anyone featured in your content, including parents/guardians for minors.

6. Use of Content:

  • You grant Faithfully Magazine a non-exclusive license to use your content.
  • We retain these rights for the duration of the copyright of your submitted content, only for content we’ve paid a fee for.
  • You retain ownership of your copyright, subject to the rights granted to us.

7. Republishing:

  • We have exclusive rights for content we’ve paid a fee for, and permission may be required for republishing elsewhere.
  • For unpaid content, we have first rights for the initial online or print publication on FaithfullyMagazine.com.
  • If your content is republished elsewhere, it must credit Faithfully Magazine with a link back to the original work.

8. Previously Published Content:

If your content has been published elsewhere, we claim serial (reprint) rights and will credit the original publication upon request.

9. Changes to Agreement:

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

10. Dispute Resolution:

In the unlikely event that a disagreement arises between you and Faithfully Magazine regarding this Agreement, we both agree to resolve it through mediation. Mediation is a collaborative process where a neutral third party helps us reach a mutually agreeable solution. This approach is generally faster and less expensive than litigation.

11. Disclaimer:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Faithfully Magazine regarding content submission.
